The name CranioSacral describes a therapy developed by John E. Upledger, D.O. which involves treatment of the cranial bones, following the cerebrospinal fluid and tissues down through the spine to the sacrum. This is the site of our nervous system. I am using CranioSacral techniques to detect restrictions of the tissues or bones and relieve any undue pressure in the system. It is a very gentle therapy using very light touch to enhance your body. This is an excellent technique to use with symptoms such as: migraines, chronic neck pain, central nervous system disorders, and Temporomandibular Joint dysfunction. (TMJ)
